Measuring a very fit 34D-25-35, Ava is a successful actress/model/fitness professional. The sultry stunner, with striking looks and muscles to die for, made her debut in the fitness and glamour world in 2005. After being a competitive gymnast for over 10 years, Ava attended a fitness school in Boca Raton, Florida called the Fitness Institute. In a year and a half, she graduated from there as a fully-qualified, certified personal training specialist, CPTS. Soon after, she went on to take her NSCA exam and became certified in that organization as well.

In early 2005, Ava had a set of photos taken of herself and posted them on a popular modeling website and it was from then onwards that things really took off! The photos gained a huge amount of interest from photographers, publications and other media.

Ava soon realized that there was a demand for fitness models and knew that with her extensive gymnasts background, knowledge of exercise science along with her intense drive, it would help if she found an avenue that incorporated this and interested her enough. Ava saw figure competitions as the perfect outlet for her fitness goals and knew that by competing in such events, she could develop media interest in her further. Ava made the decision to compete in a local bodybuilding show called the 2005 NPC Southern States Figure Championship contest where she won the Overall Figure title.

Other fitness titles that Ava has won include Miss Bikini Universe Finalist (runner-up) 2005 and IFBB North American (3rd place).

Since then, Ava has starred in many magazine photo shoots and TV interviews, been booked to feature in fitness advertising promotions, worked as a fitness expert advisor and has developed herself to become one the most respected rising fitness models of today.. Magazine front covers that Ava has graced include People Magazine Australia (April 2007); Fitness & Physique (May 2007); Planet Muscle (Jan 2007); X Fitness (Jan 2007); Natural Muscle (May 2006) and Miami Life magazine (May 2007 issue).

She has also had main editorial shoots/interviews in many publications such as Knockout Magazine (Dec 2006) FHM’s 20 Hottest Dates (April 2006) and Body Magazine (Oct 2006). Ava was also recently crowned Miss TWV Diva 2007 (www.twv divas.com) after gaining a staggering 60% of the quarter of a million votes that were cast.

As well as her fitness and modeling work, Ava recently turned her hand to acting, which is something she really enjoys doing and hopes to do a lot more of.

“I’m currently co-starring in an online cinema adventure called ‘Underground Bounty Hunter’. It’s my first film and I play an assassin. I am so thrilled to be able to showcase my physicality!” says Ava.
