I'm a glamour model from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, but now live in South London.
I have the fortune of having lots of free time, so if I’m not shooting you'll find me shopping, meeting up with friends, in the gym, cleaning my house, painting, cooking, doing my nails or fake tan - my maintenance!
As a child, I attended Middlestown J+I School, then Horbury School, where I gained 11 GCSEs all at grades A*, A or B, before landing a place at the fantastic college, Greenhead Sixth Form College, in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, which is proven to be the best college in England for A-level results, according to the Guardian Newspaper's League Table for many years running now.
I gained straight A's in my A-Levels, in Law, English Language, Sociology, and General Studies. I also achieved an AS-Level in IT, and a Diploma in Text Production (its like secretarial skills, and covers anything from medical note-taking to writing up wills, yep I can do it!). I was a busy bee at college!
So I’m not just a pretty face!
It was while at college that I began my modeling career, at the tender age of 16. I was doing maybe 1 shoot per week, and intended to go to Uni after college, rather than pursue modeling...
However, i began to enjoy modeling, and so decided to take one GAP year after my A-levels so to earn some cash for Uni...Though this then messed up my plans to study Law at Oxford Uni, as they do not accept deferred students...and although i was all set to be accepted into Oxford, I decided I wasn't ready for Uni straight after college, and so decided to give modeling a go, and apply to Uni at a later date.
Since then, one GAP year has turned into 3! I have recently applied to Kings College, London, to study Law next year (2008), so we shall see...I love modeling, but I’m determined not to waste all the studying and hard work I put in at college...plus, I’m sure my brain cells are dying from not using them much in 3 years.
